Synopsis: Lucy longs for love: the perfect, equal partnership that she’s never had. But she’s not a hopeless romantic – she’s rational, logical, and determined to find her objectively best match. So she has crafted a foolproof theory: The Bracket Theory.

The Bracket Theory states that a perfect romantic match exists when both parties are in the same bracket, which consists of four variables: Intelligence, Social Aptitude, Physical Attractiveness, and Wealth. If one person falls outside of the bracket, the relationship is doomed to fail.

We follow Lucy through her search to define her own bracket and find her perfect partner. Along the way she encounters four men who each loosely represent one of the variables and who lead her to question what she thought she knew for certain.

A tonal mix of Girls, Master of None, Love, and Easy, The Bracket Theory is an un-romanticized story of learning to love oneself instead of searching for self worth in others.
