Synopsis: Commissioned by Interscope. This video was directed, illustrated and animated by Randy Chriz of Meraki United. And the screenplay (narrative) was done by Portia Ratnayake of Meraki United.
The Project took 25 days to complete and is animated entirely on Adobe After Effects. The project had 68,000 layers, 600 cameras and 160 renders which were manipulated to create this video.
A special font was also developed for the lyrics to be added to the video.
The video also features a timeline guide on the top of the video as the narrative is presented on a jumbled timeline. The jumbled timeline was created to support the various themes represented in the lyrics. And was finally combined to narrate one comprehensive story.
