Synopsis: ”Father Died Every Night” is a coming-of-age drama dealing with infidelity and divorce, experienced through the 13-year-old Elizabeth’s eyes. The story is set in the somewhat surreal surroundings of a Viking-age themed outdoor theatre in Southern Denmark, where the family is engaged. After one evening’s performance, Elizabeth discovers her mother together with another man.
