The award is manufactured by Society Awards, the same awards company that manufactures the Golden Globe and the Emmy. All winners will receive our Global Shorts Winner laurels in black, white, and gold.
GS: What was the inspiration for your film?
DM: My film was inspired by the role of the newTommy Oliver/Green Ranger in the 2017 Power Rangers movie, where there was no voice or actor at the end credits.
GS: When did you conceive the idea for your film and how long did it take before it was realized?
DM: I conceived the idea for my film right before 2020 started, and it took me 2 1/2 months before I was realized.
GS: What was the most challenging aspect of working in a short film format?

DM: The most challenging aspect of my production was first getting into the emotional state but then I got accustomed to it by the time the film was shot.
GS: Do you have any advice for first-time filmmakers?
DM: My advice for first time filmmakers or artists is to always take chances, invest in they’re careers wisely, meet people and always take the highroad but more importantly, be professional.
