Synopsis: After being shot in a bad neighborhood and losing his job, “Dick” is running late to his new job one morning when he finds a dead body lying on a sidewalk. As Dick tries to find help from passing pedestrians it becomes clear that there is something very wrong in this city that is not easy to see at first glance. An epidemic of apathy has taken hold of this city and Dick soon finds himself trying to escape as the situation spirals out of control.
