Synopsis: The hilarious duo, Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer, of Comedy Central’s “Broad City,” joined forces to contemplate what they would vote on for their fellow city dwellers , if given the chance. “Ilana, if you could vote on one thing for all New Yorkers, what would it be?” Ilana, confidently, “someone honks outside your window – BOOM, free bacon, egg and cheese!” The City of New York, Charter Commission’s “You can vote on that!” campaign was created to inform all New Yorkers that on November 5th, you can vote on “other cool stuff,” like ranked choice voting and police accountability. Produced, filmed and edited by Fly on the Wall Productions, the PSA aired on NY1, ABC, CBS, Comedy Central, TruTV and FX, as well as in NYC taxis on the lead up to election day.
